IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA

Glow Body Studio LLC, doing business as RGV Tooth Co. 5. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for money.

We share information only in these circumstances:

Service providers. Third-party vendors who help us operate, including payment processing, appointment scheduling, form and document signing, email delivery, and SMS aggregators and providers who deliver the messages you consented to receive. All of them are contractually required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

Legal compliance. Where required by law, legal process, valid law enforcement request, or court order, or where necessary to establish or defend our legal rights.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the new owner. It remains protected under the terms of this policy or a policy at least as protective.

Advertising and analytics. We use website analytics and advertising tools that may set cookies and collect information about how you use our site. Under some state privacy laws, this activity can be considered "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can limit this by adjusting your browser settings, using a Global Privacy Control signal, or contacting us.

Every category above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records. That information is disclosed only to the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages.

6. Payments

Payments and deposits are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Your payment information is handled under the processor's own privacy and security terms, in addition to this policy.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Photographs and Video

We photograph or record client results only where you have given written permission through our media release. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using the material going forward. We may not be able to remove material that has already been shared or reposted by others.

9. Minors

Our website and services are not directed to children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Clients under 18 may book only with a parent or guardian, who must review and sign the required forms. Appointment messages for a client under 18 may be sent to the parent or guardian, to the client, or to both. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review or update their child's information, or to stop messages to either number.

10. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as we are in business, unless you ask us to delete it and we are able to do so.

Signed forms — including intake, consent, and release documents — and records of your communication consent are kept as part of our permanent business records.
