Signature Whitening is a full hour. Maintenance Whitening runs about 30 minutes. Either way, you're in and out — this isn't an all-day thing.

Signature is the full hour and the deeper lift — that's the one to book if it's been a while or it's your first time with us. Maintenance is the shorter top-up for holding onto brightness you already have. Not sure which one you need? Book Signature. Erika will tell you honestly in the chair if you could've gotten away with the shorter one.

Please don't. Come with clean teeth, but skip brushing immediately beforehand. Your reminder text will say the same thing the day before, so there's nothing to remember on your own.

Give it at least an hour before anything goes in your mouth. That's the one rule that matters most. We'll text you the full aftercare right after your appointment so it's on your phone, not in your head.

It shouldn't. Some people notice a little temporary sensitivity afterward and some notice nothing at all — everyone's different. Tell Erika at any point if something doesn't feel right and she'll adjust.

That depends on you — coffee, tea, soda and time are all still doing their thing. Most people book a top-up every few months to stay where they like it. When you book, we'll ask how bright you like to keep things and remind you when it's time.

Yes — there are two chairs, so you and a friend, your sister, or your mom can book the same time slot and go together.

Yes! Erika uses genuine Swarovski crystals, lead-free and placed by hand. You can book gems on their own, or add them to a whitening session if you want to do both in one visit. Either way, she’ll walk you through options and placement before anything goes on. And if you already have a gem that needs to come off, let Erika take care of it. Not the kitchen table. 💎
